Sometimes the hardness , the hate is so deep in ourself from our roots, our educations, the society indead, the past lives… that, it is not easy to be soft again so quickly !. It is a long work of opening, of purification, of cleaning our body, our emotions, our heart, our mind, our spirit and of taking consciousness of the necessity to elevate our vibration and extract ourself out of the density, out of the destruction that is all around us 🙂 To reconnect our spirit and hight galactic dimension is a good way also to evoluate towards more subtility and awareness.
