Hon. Paul Hellyer was the Canadian Minister of Defence between 1963 and 1967 and Aeronautical Engineer. Here are his opening statements at the 2013 Citizens Hearing on Disclosure. Hellyer – “We are not alone in the Cosmos.” Mr Hellyer, who became a UFO expert after claiming to have seen proof of alien visitations while in office believes aliens have visited the Earth and that a small, shadowy group controls humanity.
